On XX/XX/2022, I contacted Cash Central and made a payment in the amount of {$140.00} to my account, using my debit card. The payment was completed and approved by the CSR from Cash Central ( she was VERY nice ). After we spoke, I checked my checking account and the payment debit was pending. On XX/XX/2022, I received a notification that the payment of {$140.00} was debited from my account and payment was successful. On XX/XX/2022 at XXXX, I received an email ( included in attachments ) from Cash Central stated that they were trying to contact me to make a payment on my account. I immediately contacted Cash Central and spoke with a lady was NOT helpful, unprofessional rude and very dismissive. I explained to her that I received an email in regards to my account and that my payment was not received. She placed me on a brief hold, and when she returned she stated that the payment made on XX/XX/XXXX " bounced '' and was not posted to my account. I explained to her, throughly, that the payment was NOT returned or revoked, and it completely cleared through my bank. She continued to REPEAT the same exact statement that she originally stated, so I proceeded to ask tell her that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She then hung up the phone ( YES, HUNG UP ). I called her back and told her that she hung up and how rude and unprofessional she was being. She then proceeded to tell me to email customer service a copy of the bank debit that shows that the payment went through. I told her that every time I email Customer Service, I don't receive a response back and it's just a waste of time. I then asked her if she could provide me with a Supervisor or Manager email address. She then put me on hold and NEVER returned. When I hung up, I immediately contacted my bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and explained to them what the issue was and if they could verify that the payment was either returned or revoked. The gentlemen stated the payment in the amount of {$140.00} WAS NOT returned or revoked and it cleared XX/XX/2022. Cash Central is the absolute WORST!!! There customer service is HORRIBLE and every time I call, the calls are handled unprofessionally and my situations are NEVER handled.
