This is the second capital one credit card to appear under my credit history. I have a freeze on my account too but it keeps appearing. Its not mine and when I go to calm capital one to close it, they cant find an account associated with my social security number. Ive never used capital one. But somehow I keep getting cards opened under my name on my credit report. Also how does a credit card keep being issued under me when I have a credit freeze?
