On XXXX XXXX I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX attempting to collect a debt XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX the original date this account opened was XX/XX/XXXX The charge off date was XX/XX/XXXX Statue of limitations in NYS XXXX years. ( XXXX ) This account has LONG expired. Out the the blue XXXX day I get a letter saying I owe {$1000.00} in interest and {$1300.00} of the debt totaling {$2300.00}??? So to protect myself of deceptive I challenged the integrity of the debt the legaty by requesting a letter of validation in regards of the statue of limitations of the debt they are refusing to cooperate and explain WHEN the {$1000.00} in interest when did it all begin where are the dates why dont I see them? Continue to hound me the debt has long expired and an unscrupulous debt collector ( s ) are trying to take advantage by using deceptive behavior phone calls and I want this to STOP! The debt has expired!
