This account has continued to be re aged and I have let XXXX know that this account is fraudulent and needs to be removed. XXXX has Tidewater Motor Credit re aged as well as listed as charge off which is a violation and XXXX keeps violating my fraud alert and notice of identity theft communication from FTC reports. XXXX XXXX is also an account that is listed on my credit report that is not my account and also makes me a victim of identity theft. This account continues to be re aged and listed as a charge off as well.
