Due to a XXXX illness which took me out of the work force while waiting for my XXXX to be approved a XXXX month process without a check or insurance. Followed by the death of my Father in law and Mother in law who we shared a house with and the lay off of my wife after XXXX years with XXXX in XXXX I found myself unable to pay any of the bills I had incurred and until we sold our house in XX/XX/XXXX was I then able to work out settlements with all my creditors except XXXX. I paid around XXXX dollars worth of outstanding balances to bring my credit report back into good standing minus XXXX. They were unwilling to work with me and unfairly treated my situation due to the fact they repo my leased XXXX with below the mileage which I paid XXXX down and made all payment until XXXX when I ran into money problems. I reached out to Equifax to have them removed from my credit report and in the process they took a dispute from XXXX and lowered my credit score XXXX points because I pointed out the issue with XXXX. All my hard work and time and effort to bring my credit score to XXXX and bam its lowered XXXX points because I disputed something. I have reached out to equifax and asked them to fix this problem but I also wanted to see if you could help me with this issue Any more information please let me know XXXX XXXX
