My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against EXPERIAN for furnishing inaccurate information to my consumer credit file. It is imperative that Experian always has the most accurate information in my credit file. By furnishing these inaccuracies, Experian is in direct violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) because Experian has, in fact, knowingly furnished my consumer report with inaccuracies multiple times without my permissible purpose or written instructions to do so. As a result, these actions have caused my family and I a great deal of injury and stress. I am demanding the following personal information that has been incorrectly reported be DELETED IMMEDIATELY.
