XXXX XXXX apartments opened accounts for all residents with XXXX. This was not on the lease agreement I signed. Residents were not given a choose to opt out. I did not create this account and did not want my private information shared with XXXX. They are now on my credit report. I would surely think something like this should be illegal. Apartment complex says I must contact XXXX. Not possible to talk to human. Apartment manager even tried. Tried the email address XXXX gave for help, it was undeliverable. I am very concerned about this.
