XX/XX/2022 I contated Experian about identity theft and unfamiliar information that was on my credit, under another account. I also brought to Experian attention of the inquiries, background checks, credit reports, credit cards, addresses, and a second account that was created in my name. I asked to dispute everything that was incorrect on my account. I was also paying monthly for Experian XXXX to keep my information secured. I mentioned my name being used for a second account and Experian customer service wasn't able to find that information. I'm trying to get an identity theft investigation in process but my attacker has all my passwords, email addresses, phone number and thanks to Experian, i was able to find out that my attacker has been using my information for 2 years. I don't know if someone has already filed a complaint under my name because every time I try to file a complaint it ends up disappearing and i have to start all over. My name is XXXX XXXX and I'm desperate for help on stopping whoever it is using my information. I also have a XXXX XXXX XXXX son who's information also has been affected by id theft. I don't know what to do or who to turn to. I'm working alone so far to find out everything i can. After contacting Experian I haven't heard back from them as of XX/XX/2022. The pictures below are just some of the things I was told by Experian that was not on my credit but it actually was.
