As of XX/XX/2022 XXXX has admitted to invading my privacy by reporting my non public personal information on my credit report in their most recent response to my dispute request. They refuse to remove this alleged bankruptcy because they claim to have furnished this " US Bankruptcy '' information from the third party company Lexis Nexis. I am aware that XXXX is using unlawful extortionate means by furnishing my NON Public personal information, which includes transactions between only me and the furnisher. Which in this case the furnisher would be the Southern District Court of Indiana. Lexis Nexis is disclosing my non public personal information to the Credit Reporting Agencies XXXX XXXX XXXX Using unlawful extortionate and is a violation of 18 USC 894, punishing me by furnishing my nonpublic personal information without my consent as a means to ruin my financial reputation is a direct violation of 18 USC 894. Furthermore the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ) Protects the personal and financial information of their customers against unauthorized access or use, Not disclose nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties, unless the consumer receives sufficient notice, Give customers the opportunity to opt out from having their information shared in certain situations. I was NEVER given the opportunity to opt out of having my information furnished by Lexis Nexis, XXXX, or XXXX. I am aware that XXXX, XXXX and Lexis Nexis may be working as co-conspirators to ruin my financial reputation & shall be held criminally liable for 20 years if they do not remove this item from my credit report and this also may result in a criminal complaint under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ( RICO ) listing if they can not show me how they were lawfully able to obtain and furnisher my NON public Personal information.
