I have asked the credit bureaus to validate the inaccurate information by requiring the creditor to produce documentation bearing my physical signature of the alleged accounts and balance they claim I owe. XXXX has also failed to comply to multiple federal and state laws under the FCRA. Violations include : 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) Compliance procedures : to report maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual. 15 U.S.C. 1681a ( 3 ) ( a ) ( b ) ( c ) Restriction on sharing medical information 15 U.S.C. $ 1681b ( 4 ) Limitation on redisclosure of medical information 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) Permissible purposes of consumer reports I am trying to make a final attempt for XXXX to comply with the many laws they are in violation of by supplying proof of their alleged investigation and validation of debt which is inaccurately being reported on my credit file. I am asking for XXXX to provide the following : XXXX. The original contract and or agreement bearing my signature XXXX Who they spoke to from the creditor the date and time in which thev spoke with them. By law they have 15 days to supply this information as they are reporting they have resolved the dispute by validating the alleged inaccurate account on my credit file. I will attach a document of the inaccurate accounts on my credit file in which they claim has been investigated and is reporting 100 % accurate. Failure to produce the original contract and or agreement bearing my signature and who they spoke to from the creditor the date and time in which they spoke with them. I demand the accounts be deleted immediately. It is a crime to threaten lawsuit wit & no intention of doing so, therefore you can take heed that I am very serious about filing suit against your company. If the attached accounts are not properly validated and proof of the original contract and or agreement bearing my signature and who they spoke with what time and date I will proceed with a lawsuit against your company under 15 U.S.C. 1681n for willful noncompliance.
