I opened a checking/savings account with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. At time they stated that if I made direct deposits totaling {$5000.00} by XX/XX/XXXX I would receive a {$300.00} bonus. There were direct deposits from my employer on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX totaling {$5000.00}. After contacting them they told me that the rules had changed. I had received a bonus in XXXX of XXXX. But on XX/XX/XXXX there was no mention that you cant receive a new bonus if you received a prior bonus. The new rules after XX/XX/XXXX was no second bonus. I called three times and got the same message. I asked a manager to contact me and they never did after promising to do so.
