I received an offer from XXXX XXXX XXXX of a balance transfer request with a zero percent APR. I accepted this offer from XXXX and requested a balance transfer from two credit cards on XX/XX/2022 : first amount was for {$400.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card ( ending in XXXX ), and second amount was for {$1000.00} from Upgrade , Inc. credit card ( ending in XXXX ). The problem is with the Upgrade , IncXXXX credit card. XXXX has completed the transfer from both credit cards, but the balance is still shown on the Upgrade , Inc. credit account. I tried reaching out to Upgrade , IncXXXX on XX/XX/2022 to ask why the balance was still showing on my account and informed them that the balance was showing on the XXXX account. The balance transfer request from XXXX asked for the address of the Credit Card Company for XXXXpgrade, so I submitted the only address that was shown on their home page, which was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. When I told this to the customer representative at Upgrade, they said " XXXX XXXX? '' I informed him that this was the only address shown on their website. Another statement majically appeared on their home page a few days later ( underneath the XXXX XXXX address, stating : Not for payments, address can be found here. I was also told by this representative that since the payment from XXXX was sent to the Corporate address, that it may take up to three weeks to reach the correct address. The next payment on this credit card is due XX/XX/XXXX and I was hoping this transfer would be processed before this date so I could close this card before another automatic draft comes out of my account.
