I provided specific reasons why the accounts were being challenged along with specific instructions on what should happen to the account in the requested information could not be provided within 30 days according to the FCRA. 40 days went by and the items still were appearing on my credit report and the method of verification still was not provided. On XX/XX/2022, I requested a re-investigation into those same accounts with the same results. Nothing was removed and the method of verification has not been provided.
