I previously filed a dispute regarding a collection account ( XXXX XXXX ). I disagreed with results. Equifax hastily completed their investigation and stated that the account belonged to me. I was disputing the amount owed. If they would look at the numbers submitted by XXXX then it would be 0bvious that there are no itemized charges adding up tom XXXX Furthermore after I complained about Equifax and XXXX preventing me from obtaining my report in an easy and timely manner. Here is my new complaint : On the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX, I opened myfico account and and my Equifax credit score was XXXX. Today four days later it is XXXX. XXXX went down to XXXX. How is this possible when my credit limit went up on my XXXX XXXX card and the balance of my XXXX XXXX card went down. I also paid off my personal loan and have not been late on any payments the last 6 months. Meanwhile XXXX raised my score today to XXXX .... Are Equifax and XXXX retaliating because I closed my monthly account with them and then filed complaints against them both? I have to believe that I am being punished. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran trying to get a car and an Apartment. How the heck can my scores go down almost XXXX points in four days. XXXX, please enforce whatever rules that Equifax and XXXX are breaking. There is No way that my score could drop that much that fast. And to make matters worse Equifax and XXXX listed the XXXX XXXX account as new when it has been there since XXXX.
