In XX/XX/2022, I called Capital One customer relationship department to advise, provide and have them correct my date of birth in their files. I also provided them with copies of my Social Security, my MA-STATE driver 's license, and an affidavit proving my identity. I also several times talked with customer service to make sure that was corrected and some say yes and some said was not! I currently have XXXX products with Capital One ( Credit Card-Auto Loan and XXXX Account ), but from the first week of XXXX, I have not been able to have access online to none of my accounts. I have spent over XXXX hours in several calls and talked to supposedly XXXX XXXX, and all kind and type of Management and nothing have been resolved. I have put a " XXXX '' and asked to escalate this issue of online banking but nothing has been done! At this point, I'm being affected because I can't see my checking account transactions or make my car payments or credit card payments. I am now afraid that due to this issue, my payments will default, and soon rather than later they will report me to the bureaus and affect my credit score. As of today 's date of this complaint ; I ' am in the process of buying a house but super worried due to the incompetence of the service.
