I applied for the SoFi credit card in XXXX of 2022 with a promotional offer of spend {$1500.00} and get XXXX points. I completed the minimum spend requirements before the month of XXXX was over and never received my bonus points. Now, when I called in to fix the issue they are telling me I also have to fund my investment account and checking account with them ( basically, describing a different offer than what I signed up with ). They told me over and over again that the algorithm would give me the points when I completed the requirements. I continued to let them know I completed the requirements and did not receive the points.
