On XXXX XXXX I disputed reference number XXXX and reference number XXXX Privacy Act of XXXX Violations with XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion. I mailed my disputes by certified mail with the United States Postal Service. The results came back as Verified by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Illinois. I then wrote a certified letter to the Bankruptcy Court asking to provide the procedure in which the Court verify records with the Credit bureaus. I received a response from the Bankruptcy Court on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they is not responsible for verifying or validating any information from Consumers credit files. I then proceeded to write a letter to XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion on XXXX XXXX requesting that the two accounts be deleted from my credit report. I also send a copy of the letter from the Bankruptcy Court. Today is XX/XX/XXXX. I have not heard anything from XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion regarding this matter.
