Sec. 1681i ( a ), - XXXX XXXX reported a debt collection on my credit report without verification / validation for two different Account Numbers : XXXX : Account number : XXXX - in the amount of {$30000.00} EQUIFAX : Account number : FINANCXXXXXXXXXX - in the amount of {$30000.00} - XXXX XXXX XXXX, did not contacted me before reporting information to the credit bureaus. - XXXX XXXX XXXX, has failed to provide information validating debt, written documentation, original agreement with original signature of said debt. - XXXX XXXX XXXX was contacted via certified letter and returned receipt ( attached ) to remove Unverified, Inaccurate, and incomplete info to credit bureaus. - XXXX XXXX XXXX, has persistently reported inaccurate and unverified information to credit bureaus since XX/XX/2019. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A.
