To this day they just keep saying it was verified without showing me proof. 2. XXXX Account # XXXX I disputed this account stating : " I dont agree with the amount and the open date of this account. Please provide the last billing statement from the original creditor showing the amount due and the date it was due or delete this account. ". I don't agree with the results of your investigation. Please mail me the proof of your investigation and proof that this debt collector has a legal right to collect, or delete this account. Per the FCRA 611 ( A ) In general.
