My name XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against TRANSUNION. I previously dispute account # XXXX and it came back as verified. I requested method of validation which requires TRANSUNION to provide me with the name of the person you spoke with and the proof of validation however, the information was not provided to me as requested. TRANSUNION responded by stated " WE understand that recently something on your credit report did not seem right to you. We take this matter seriously, and we want to make sure your TRANSUNION credit report is accurate. It's our commitment to you. Federal law requires consumer reporting agency to report with accuracy and fairness. TRANSUNION stated it was their commitment to me to make sure my TRANSUNION credit report is accurate now explain to me how you are being fair when you only spoke with the Financial institutions? Because consumer reporting agencies just decided to assume the vital role in assembling and evaluating consumer credit and other consumer information there is a need to insure that consumer reporting agency exercise with grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality and a respect to a consumer right to privacy which TRANSUNION has failed to do. In general TRANSUNION may only furnish my consumer report under the following circumstances and no other in accordance to a written instructions of whom it relates. I request that TRANSUNION provide me with a copy of written instructions telling TRANSUNION that I gave my written consent to furnish account # XXXX. Futhermore TRANSUNION was notified that this account was a result of identity theft. Federally law states a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of ANY information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency of a copy of an identity theft report ; Maybe you misunderstood my previous request to block account # XXXX as a result in identity theft and provide me with the name of the person you spoke with and the proof of validation, so I will request it again. Please do not attach me bill or statement but actual proof. If you are unable to provide this information a such as a trilateral contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX DELETED THIS ACCOUNT. PLEASE understand that I never contracted with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and they have no reason to have my identifying information. ALSO pursuant 15 USC 1692g ( c ), I have never validated any alleged debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX and my failure to dispute the validity of this debt shall not construed as an admission of liability. It is my belief that TRANSUNION and XXXX XXXX XXXX are attempting unlawful extortionate activities and theft by deception by attempting to furnish false and deceptive form. If TRANSUNION continues to report this fraudulent furnish account # XXXX I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and TRANSUNION will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 use 1028A, securities fraud, and mail fraud. I never received any documentation requesting validation from XXXX XXXX OR TRANSUNION before XXXX XXXX XXXX AND TRANSUNION committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report. If TRANSUNION can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me, the consumer, prior to furnishing it on my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account like I already stated with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. For your convenience I have attached my Drivers license, and copy of the FTC report file on XXXX XXXX XXXX that I also mailed you certified mail and a copy of a cease and desist
