I have submitted several disputes with all three Bureaus including XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. I'm a victim of Identity Theft, and was informed by all three bureaus to submit a ID Theft Report from the FTC along with a Police Report to remove the fraudulent accounts from my credit reports. I submitted the last FTC ID Theft Report, along with my Police Reports back on XX/XX/2021. I never received any correspondence from the bureaus. I called them approximately 45 days later and to no avail all I got was the run around and they were continuing to process my disputes. From that point I kept waiting to receive some form of correspondence in the mail and still never received any correspondence whatsoever. I then decided to try to contact the collection account by the name of XXXX XXXX directly that's reporting on my credit report due to fraud. I spoke with a the Collections Manager by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX who informed me to send a copy of the Police Report, and she would look to remove the collection account from my credit report. Again, I never heard back from the Collections Manager as it relates to this and the other fraudulent accounts on my credit report.
