I became aware of unusual withdrawals on my checking account that I have with Bank of the West located in XXXX, Ca. I have been a customer of Bank of the West for about 15 years with no complaints. Recently, I have had issues with purchases or withdrawals made online that were not authorized or made by me. The amount of disputed charges ( starting on XX/XX/2022 ) totals {$910.00}. My bank investigated only {$320.00} of these charges and completed their investigation. However, there is still more than {$600.00} missing. I am providing my bank statement with questionable charges highlighted in green. I am also submitting the correspondence from Bank of the West regarding the investigation of only {$320.00}. I have still not received my new debit card nor any more correspondence from my bank regarding the investigation findings or if the funds have been reimbursed to my account.
