on XX/XX/22 I sent a letter for experian to investigate this account on my consumer report. they sent me a email telling me to check my account for dispute update and they stated account been VERIFIED. I never got a letter in the mail from them. I Sent another letter with tracking usps XXXX on XX/XX/22 asking them re-investigated and tell me The names and business addresses of each individual with whom you verified the information with. Also The date you contacted the individual furnisher of information and The method of communication you used to verify the information. Experian violated my rights more then twice. Under 15 usc 1681b i never gave written instruction to put this account on my consumer right.15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers RIGHT TO PRIVACY. Under 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( D ) ( 2 ) ( a ) ( iiii ) Experian was not fair they did not contact me asking me if this debt was mines. This is Fraud i did not tell you to put this on my CONSUMER REPORT.
