I had a loan modification offered, notarized and recorded as of XX/XX/2022. Nations Dircect Mortgage has not updated the balance nor the partial claim that was approved by HUD. I am not able to get the correct payoff and they just tell me to wait. I have the wrong amount showing, they know they have the wrong amount showing but no one there can actually update their own system to reflect the correct balance? HUD replied to me that they have not received the final package from them. How how is this supposed to take and is this normal?
