The Credit bureaus Transunion, XXXX and XXXX stated that my account with XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX has been properly investigated, but with further investigation by my part by obtaining a detailed credit report I have found inaccurate information reported. Collections inaccurate, Account type ( details ) inaccurate, Number of month ( terms ) inaccurate, High credit inaccurate, Payment status inaccurate, Last reported date inaccurate, Comments inaccurate, Date last active inaccurate, and also Last date of payment inaccurate. Also the reporting Originator Creditor name are not matching as well. In review of my consumer credit report I have noticed that there are multiple inaccuracies reported wich are violations of my rights under 15 USC 1681 SEC 602 A, 15 USC 1681 SEC 604 SEC ( 2 ), 15 USC 1681 SEC ( 623 ), 15 USC 1681 SEC 611 ( a ), 15 USC 1681 Sec ( 2 ) ( 8 ) ( e ) 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) ( a ) 15 USC 1681 604 A. I have never gave permission written nor verbal for any information to be provided from or by any entity for any purposes. Under 15 USC 1681n ( a ) ( 1 ). Any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} shall be awarded per violation. I want {$1000.00} per violation for actual and statutory damages as well removal of account from my consumer credit report by all reporting bureaus.
