On XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NC ran my credit with XXXX different lenders without my permission. They have since told me they have submitted XXXX separate letters to Equifax and XXXX to have the inquiries removed. It has been nearly XXXX months and they are still on my report. Equifax and XXXX both declined my dispute to have it removed stating that inquiries are statement of fact. That is ridiculous! That basically allows anyone to run your credit and there is nothing you can do about it. I spoke with Equifax today and they stated they have still not received a letter which I find that hard to believe. My complaint is with XXXX XXXX for initially running my credit without permission, but also with the credit bureaus who declined to research the fraudulent inquiries without an investigation
