So I did a modification with the new loan amount and payment due XX/XX/XXXX. I made the payment on XX/XX/XXXX on time but my credit report reflects that the payment was late more then 39 days or not made I called them they flagged it said give them 2 weeks to correct and I did I called back they said that what was reported was correct will not say anything about my payment wether received or not the past due amounts closed with the new loan papers from before XXXX my XXXX payment was on time it should be reflected as XXXX being so. They are never copertive they always tell me something that they don't do u have other obligations that this effected along with XXXX point dump on my score
