I opened an account using my ITIN number. I was approved. For some reason, they messed up and register another number that is not mine. I try to register online to access my account and make payments but I can't because my ITIN number is not the one they used so they do not match. I have been calling them for almost 2 months but they still can not fix my ITIN. I've sent my documentation several times, first via mail, then fax ( like 8 times ). After talking to them many times to fix this issue, finally they told me I need to send my ITIN card, which I don't have because this doesn't exist. IRS doesn't issue ITIN cards anymore since 2004, they just issue letters with the ITIN number on them. That's what I sent but they don't hear anything I say and they don't care about it, they are just asking for a card that doesn't even exist.
