Last year in XXXX, I visited a Diller ship to see a new car for myself. The seller said that he had a great offer for me. I did not agree because I did not want my credit score to drop because of their inquiries. The seller assured me that their dealership only works with three banks. And that all these inquiries will not be hard inquiries, and will not even be displayed in my credit history. I agreed and signed the permission to disclose my personal data. I clearly remember that only one XXXX XXXX bank wrote. I was unable to open a loan. I got upset and left. But it got even worse when, a month later, I found 25 Hard Inquiries on my credit report. I began to call the dealership, and ask to contact the manager. They wrote down my request, gave the application number, and said they would call back. But no one ever called me back. In the end, after a month of fighting with the dealership, I decided to go further and tried to resolve my issue through credit bureaus. I wrote letters ( I am attaching a copy of these letters ) that I did not give permission to all these organizations to do hard inquiries on my report. The bureaus did not answer me or simply sent me a report from my credit history for some reason. As I understand it, this is some kind of standard mailing for everyone. Then I started calling the bureau. XXXX XXXX and XXXX told me that I should call all these banks and tell them that I did not make these requests and then the banks will send an update to the bureau deleting these inquiries. And in Experian, an answering machine constantly answers me. I started calling banks. Apart from the fact that I spent a huge number of hours waiting for an answer, I ended up with nothing. Bank after the bank told me that I did not have an account in their bank, there was no information on my social security number. When I asked " why your bank is in my report as the bank that made the Hard Inquiry? ", they answered, " We dont know. Write a letter to the bureau to remove these requests. '' I answer them, I wrote and called, but the bureaus say that they can not do this without your confirmation. What is the result? A year of my life has been spent trying to get my country 's financial system to protect my rights. And everything is empty. The Bureau sends me to the banks. And the banks say that they have no information about these inquiries. This is some kind of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. Where can I seek protection and how to get all these fraudulent requests in the amount of 25 inquiries to be removed from my credit report, I don't know. I found your site by accident. And I really hope you can help me. I enclose a list of all unauthorized inquiries. I am also enclosing all the correspondence that I have had all this year with banks and bureaus.
