XX/XX/2022 I called Credit Karma who is my banker.. I have a debit account with them. My stolen & used. Because Ive been broke I havent used it much but I realize it when I received a {$50.00} XXXX payment. I called Credit Karma to dispute charges that wasnt made by me. Everytime I called I had to give him/her the charge amount I was disputing. So they acted like they were disputing but wasnt.. I asked for Corporate number & stated I didnt want to talk to a Call Center Manager.. Apparently I had no choice.. They stated itll be up to 10 days for my results. That was a problem I had 2 XXXX payments that was applied to my disputed charges. I checked my account for my results They denied me. I called very upset.. I was told someone will contact me.. Im still waiting for that. I just want whats owed to me.. {$76.00}.
