On XX/XX/2021 I purchased a used car in my car loan I had a warranty that cost {$1800.00} when I tried to use my warranty for the car the warranty people that Westlake uses kept saying that I don't have an active warranty to the car I went back and forth with Westlake and the warranty company that they use in order to try to get my car serviced I was not able to get my car service because by time they found a active warranty for my car it was over the mileage and the time.
