I setup my home loan to be taken out & on XX/XX/2022 they took it out. I had forgot I had set it up. So I paid it again the next day before it was posted into my account. I called them because I went to get XXXX & my card was denied so I looked on my bank & they had took it out a 2nd time. So the lady saw where I had paid twice & gave me the option to refund the payment or put it towards XX/XX/2022 payment. I opted for the refund. They refunded. On XX/XX/XXXX they took it our again. I called & they said the system had a glitch. They refunded it. I paid my XXXX payment & I have called the company on their recorded line prior to paying the XX/XX/2022 payment approximately 15 times & everyone said it showed I had paid so they wasn't sure why. They escalated the issue. Was told a manager would call me once resolved. Never heard from anyone. They call today & it was not a manager but a representative stating I was two months behind. I have uploaded my documents ( bank statements ) to their website, been told by numerous employees at their firm that it was paid & now they are still saying I owe $ XXXX dollars. It has been a total nightmare. I am terrified I will loose my house due to this. I have asked numerous times to speak with managers & was denied. I have asked them to go back & listen to all of the recorded calls & was denied. I do not have $ XXXX to pay this especially for something I've already paid.
