XXXX - XXXX : Initiated an ACH transfer in the amount of {$15000.00} from my Discover online savings account to a different non-Discover online savings account ( XXXX Bank ) XXXX - XXXX : Received email notifcation from Discover Bank regarding account suspension due to " unusual account acitvity '' and was told to call Discover " immediately '' to resolve. This account suspension led to my ACH transfer of {$15000.00} being frozen ( i.e. the money did not sucessfully transfer to my XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX : Initiated phone calls and suffered hold times varying from XXXX0 minutes to over 3 hours to no sucess in attempting to be put in contact with an employee from Discover 's security team who reportedly was the only one able to help me unlock my account This is UNACCEPTABLE both the lack of customer service/care and to hold my money frozen unable for my use when I NEED it.
