AT T U Verse sold the account to another company and I hired XXXX XXXX XXXX to resolve the issue IN XXXX. Years ago, I spoke to ATT 's Corporate office and resolved the issue of {$140.00} and change. My God, {$140.00} and change. I have emails from the representative regarding the issues. I'm not sure why the account went to Collections. While working with XXXX XXXX XXXX, this account was resolved and closed, it should have been removed from my credit. As I explained to I C System, I never owed this money and it was resolved. I disputed this with XXXX and it was removed from my credit. Why is this foolishness still on my credit report and has been for months. I've disputed this with XXXX several times, and XXXX refuses to remove. Remove this and I do not owe it.
