I reported to AMEX Blue Bird that there were charges on my prepaid account that I did not recognize. I filled out and even submitted a AMEX Bluebird Declaration of Fraud Form detailing out exactly which charges were not authorized. They reviewed my claim and denied it. Their own website says that they offer fraud protection : https : //www.bluebird.com/faqs/stay-in-the-know/fraud-protection When I made a valid claim in the amount of {$550.00} they gave me the run around saying that it may take another 45 days for them to review my appeal. I'm at my wits end and need your help to resolve.
