XXXX XXXX Trans Union LLC Consumer Dispute Center XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA. XXXX I previously sent a letter to you disputing the accounts listed below as being inaccurate on XX/XX/XXXX, and mailed them certified, return receipt requested. I received notice in the mail that you received the dispute letter on XX/XX/XXXX. As of today, I have yet to receive a response from your bureau. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ), you are permitted 30 days to investigate disputes from the time you receive them I am assuming that since you have failed to respond to my dispute within the time allowed that you were unable to verify these items. You must now delete the disputed and unverified accounts. Failure to do so can result in a {$1000.00} fine per undeleted item. Enclosed you will find a copy of my original letter showing all the accounts I have disputed. Thanks in advance to your timely response to this request.
