I have been trying to reach Experian Credit Reporting Agency since XX/XX/2022. It is impossible to reach a live agent by phone and sending two letters to them have gotten no response. I have numerous valid accounts that Experian is not showing on my credit report. I have followed the process spelled out on their website to contact my own creditors and have ensured they are reporting the accounts to Experian. They have stated directly that they are and even sent verification letters to me. In turn, I have physically mailed my request to investigate to Experian along with these copies from creditors. I have gotten no response by email, mail, or phone. Due to the fact that Experian for some reason is not reflecting these accounts on my credit report, I am having issues with employment credit checks and not meeting their employment standards. The main issue is I am unable to reach anyone at Experian to investigate, despite my 5 month long attempt by mail, email, or phone. This is unacceptable.
