This complaint is about Wells Fargo, They've been telling me my account would be closed by XXXX and now the date changed to XX/XX/XXXX ... today after waiting on hold for well over an hour with the Executive office i was told i was wrong and it was stated to be closed on XX/XX/XXXX. This was NEVER communicated to me. When i spoke to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, he informed me " As soon as the wire recall is cancelled we could close this the same day. this was false, XXXX cancelled the wire recall over a week ago from today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and wells fargo is still telling me my account is unable to be closed and transferring me to the fraud department. this bank has been holding my account at its mercy for a month now, it is now time to seek legal counsel and file OCC complaints if my continued complaints keep resulting in no action.
