I used XXXX to make two payments on Friday, XX/XX/2022 through Zelle- both payments were for {$310.00}. Both payments are listed as 'processing'- neither one has been paid and I am being told that it is impossible to cancel the payment. I was told on Friday by XXXX that it would take 2 business days to process because of an OFAC investigation and that there was nothing they could do. It is now Tuesday. The payments are still showing as 'processing. ' The XXXX representative told me today that it could take up to six days. XXXX still claims they still can not cancel the transfer. They recommend I pay the person I owe the money to in a different way and then hope that person gives me back the money if an when the Zelle payment actually goes through! There is no way to speak to someone at Zelle. They claim it is up to XXXX to address the problem. XXXX claims it is out of their hands.
