5th 3rd Bank purchased our mortgage. We have attempted to make payments over 20 times. Every time we call the multiple phone numbers available online and in the paperwork sent to us, we receive rhe same message : " our call center is closed, please try again later. '' The hours they state are XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We have called multiple times in this window. We have sent in their automatic payment set up form via mail with receipt showing received. They have not responded to us in the entire month since they purchased our loan despite multiple efforts to pay.
