On or around XX/XX/2022, I filed a complaint against the credit bureaus credit reporting and improper use of my credit report. The bureaus response to my complaint was that they would re-investigate my consumer report for the accounts I listed as violating my rights and would respond back within 30-60 days. According to the FCRA the term investigate a consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews, with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with whom he/she is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. The credit bureaus stated that they updated/verified my accounts based on their investigation but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law? Also after their investigation ever piece of information on these accounts are STILL NOT reporting 100 % Accurate. I have the credit report showing all 3 bureaus reporting. I have placed an x by all of the inaccurate or missing information that shows the discrepancies amongst the 3 bureaus reporting of the following accounts : XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX acct # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX XXXX These accounts are STILL reporting inaccurately and your company is STILL continuing to report errors on my credit file, which is causing damage to my credit score. I have previously requested that you investigate this information and you have failed to correct the errors you are reporting on my credit report. Now is not the time to update, I demand that you IMMEDIATELY DELETE this inaccurate information from my credit report or you send me {$1000.00} per violation.
