I am not a credit repair agency. I am writing this today insisting that the following unauthorized information on my credit file is deleted. I ask that these items be deleted to correct my credit report. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also have enclosed copies of the Federal Trade Commissions Identity Theft Affidavit. There are fraudulent accounts and derogatory remarks being reported on my file that need to be removed. I would appreciate it if the items I have listed below are removed as soon as possible.
