To Whom It May Concern, You are breaking the law! On XX/XX/2022 I disputed the following account on my consumer report with all three consumer reporting agencies, XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX On XX/XX/2022 I received a letter from XXXX with the results of the investigation which came back that this account was inaccurate and it was deleted from my consumer report. Pursuant to 15usc 1681i ( A ) 5 ( D ) any consumer reporting agency that compiles and maintains files on consumers on a nationwide basis shall implement an automated system through which furnishers of information to that consumer reporting agency may report the results of a reinvestigation that finds incomplete or inaccurate information in a consumers file to other such reporting agencies. By law each reporting agency is required to uphold the same accuracy. On XX/XX/2022 I received an email from Equifax stating that a new collection account was added to my Equifax report. This was the same account that was already deleted by XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number- XXXX Also, Pursuant to 15usc 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in accordance with written instructions to whom it relates. I never gave any written consent for this account to be furnished on my consumer report. Therefore, you had no permissible purpose to have this on my report which is also a violation of my rights. I demand this inaccurate account be deleted from my consumer report at once! XXXX XXXX XXXX
