XX/XX/XXXX, The 3 Credit Reporting Agencies, XXXX, XXXX and Transunion have violated my rights. On XX/XX/XXXX they all received instructions to perform a thorough investigation in which they did not. They had more than 30 days to perform the investigation and did not provide results or deletions. Tracking Numbers for Investigation requests are as follows : USPS XXXX # : XXXX XXXX Received XX/XX/XXXX USPS XXXX # : XXXX XXXX Received XX/XX/XXXX USPS XXXX # : XXXX TransUnion Received XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. 1681 section 603 ( 3 ) ( E ) States ; The term " investigate consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer 's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 A.
