Hello, There must be a misunderstanding! I submitted a complaint and it was recently closed with no changes and no comments to my report or updates sent to me related to the XXXX items I have listed below which is suppressing my FICO score and causing hardship. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act : the list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681.I would like to have the issue reviewed and resolved as soon as possible as the inaccurate items are causing me financial hardships resulting in a suppressed FICO score. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without written instructions. Transunion is reporting under public information related to U.S. Bankruptcy Court : This is a direct and clear violation of my rights and I will pursue damages should these items not be corrected/removed. After speaking with the department, they have informed me that they in no way report to any of the credit reporting agencies related to past or present files/cases. If this is accurate as it must be since it came directly from the Texas department, Where is Transunion getting this inaccurate information and able to so call " verify '' when there is nothin to verify. This has gone on long enough and I demand results and instead of the CFPB pushing the responsibility on to Transunion, I demand the CFPB to uphold their duty to protect consumers from predatory actions such as what I have placed in front of you now. Before this complaint is handled with neglect, I would again advise you that I am tired of the run around and do plan on taking action should this avenue not result in the desired result.
