Since mid XX/XX/2022, all attempts to have Equifax Information Services, XXXX, XXXX XXXX # XXXX, include in my Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card for with I am an authorized user have been abortive. Equifax did add XXXX of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in question, but has refused to add the other { see attached copy of cards ). Equifax added XXXX XXXX # XXXX ; but refuses to add XXXX Credit Card # : XXXX I've XXXX XXXX XXXX requesting XXXX to justify, legally, why they keep refusing to add this account and avoid legal justification. XXXX added both accounts ... why not XXXX? Also, once I pushed and became less diplomatically, XXXX retaliated by contacting XXXX, opened an XXXX Credit Dispute without my permission and without my knowledge, which is an illegal act. XXXX had the brilliant idea of investigating and verifying that XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX IS NOT IN MY XXXX PROFILE! I never told XXXX that it was, I asked XXXX to please add it. Maybe XXXX Customer Service Representative are not English speakers like their Call Center employees { based in XXXX, or some other weird country }. When I requested XXXX to justify how the verification was done, they took vengeance by telling me that they did not know who I was and to provide an encyclopediatic amount of paperwork. XXXX wrote that their " information '' does not match mine ONLY after I started questioning them. I will file a complaint with my DOJ, Attorney General, the XXXX, and review my legal options
