I have on several occasions disputed the validity of the Bankruptcy on my TransUnion report. I submitted dispute in XX/XX/2022, whereas TransUnion returned a verified by secondary furnishers. See Attached. Therefore, they have violated my rights as a consumer based on 15 USC 1681c that states " Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information : ( 1 ) cases under title 11 or under the Bankruptcy Act that from the date of entry of the order for relief or the duster of adjudication as the case may be antedated the report by more than 10 years. '' Also Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) of the FCRA provides that a person shall not furnish information relating to any consumer to consumer reporting agency if the person knows or consciously avoids knowing that the information is inaccurate. Also in section 623 ( a ) ( 2 ) of the FCRA provided that a person who ( A ) regularly and in the ordinary course of business furnishes information to one or more consumer reporting agencies about the person 's transactions or experiences with any consumer ; and ( B ) has furnsihed to a consumer reporting agency of that determination and provide to the agency any corrections to the information, or any additional information, that is necessary to make the information provided by the person to the agency complete and accurate.
