I reached out to Open Road Lending llc. Multiple times regarding this matter of trying to cancel gap insurance. I was very clear to them in the being that i did not want gap insurance. XXXX XXXX is the name of the agent that i worked with at open road lending and when i noticed the gap included in the docu sign contract that was sent to me i asked he about it and he stated that he would get this issue resolved this was on XX/XX/2022. Now i am still calling and getting the run around between opening road lending and this third party dealer XXXX XXXX XXXX on trying to cancel a policy i never wanted or asked for to begin with please help as i do not know where else to turn.
