Consumer Narrative
I have over the past year been requesting to have XXXX XXXX XXXX correct their wrongful credit reporting. Our mortgage loan sold twice in the past three years. XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. They show the account as a transfer and it still has a {$1900.00} deferred payment amount that was paid by XXXX XXXX when it first sold. That same amount is still on the account after XXXX XXXX 's sold it in XX/XX/XXXX. They will not remove the {$1900.00} fee. We have disputed them changing the terms of the loan from 30 year/360 month to 50 year/600 months. The requested documentation they provided for the 50/600 month change is not supported by proper documentation. The TERMS of the loan are a part of the signed contract. They ignore that contract and use 50 year/600 months term to make the loan appear that an additional or a default agreement has taking place on the second sale of the loan. They also refuse to report the first three payments made to them since the sale ( XXXX, XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ) this is being done to make the loan appear to have been in default, when the last reported default was in XXXX. We have provide to the credit bureaus a many times over, the only two signed loan documents that show the TERMS of the loan. We have also provided provided mortgage statement and their payment history documents that was received directly from XXXX XXXX XXXX, but still all three credit bureaus respond that the provider has proving that their wrongful credit reporting is accurate. If their reporting is accurate than the mortgage statements and payment history that they provided to us is inaccurate. We have not missed a mortgage payment or been late since XXXX, and have provided to the credit bureaus solid proof of that, yet all three bureaus REFUSE to correct the errors. Our reported mortgage loan account is altered on purpose to make it appear that we have had a default and that there is another signed document that changes the TERMS of the loan from 30 year/ 360 months to 50 year/600 months. The also add " BALLOON PAYMENT '' to the account, when there is no balloon payment associated to or with our loan. There has to be a forged or other form of bogus document created to justify the wrongful changes. And for some reason we can't get that document from the provider or the credit bureaus. We do fully understand the scam that's being used and why. What we don't understand is why the credit bureaus are complicit in this criminal act of trying to defraud an XXXX veteran and his wife out of the equity in their home. So we asking all three credit bureaus to update our mortgage account with a statement of dispute, so please attach the following Statement to our XXXX XXXX ( account : XXXX ) credit reporting : " XXXX XXXX XXXX refuses to correct their nefarious credit reporting. The 50 year/600 month Term and Balloon does not exist in any of our loan documents/history and are in no way associated. Loan SOLD two times in past 3 years and a BALLOON PAYMENT does not exist. Only documents are Fannie Mae XXXX and XXXX - No Defaults, Missed or Late payments for past XXXX months -- Dispute Not Resolved -- ''
