Today being XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to inquire about charge off balance which is still sitting on my credit report for XXXX. I called to notify them that I dont know nothing about the account and I need a debt validation and they refused to send it and keep routing me to different company to contact which is the dealership. In my credit report it shows the reporting agency ( XXXX XXXX ) a charge off but according to an email sent from one of the representative of XXXX XXXX they listed it was a repossession. I never had a repossession in my account. Im confused as why they cant send debt validation on what I owe but instead trying to transfer me to another company which looks scamy to me. XXXX the supervisor isnt helping and credit report keep reporting accuracy to the account and I know I have been violated by them not removing the item under fair credit reporting act. Please help me to get this out of my report. The company doesnt have physical address but a XXXX XXXX XXXX This company need to be reviewed as they claim they are the bank but then going by what dealership told them. If I owe dealership, why not dealership send me to collection other than having them do the job of dealership. This is pure SCAM! XXXX XXXX also need to be reviewed as she lacks knowledge of consumer reporting ACT
